*Role Overview*

The Digital Marketing Executive / Trainer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and lead generation. For the Trainer role, the candidate will also be involved in mentoring and guiding learners in digital marketing concepts and practical implementation.

*Key Responsibilities*
-Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
-Develop and implement business growth and lead generation strategies
-Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
-Create performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements
-Train, mentor, and guide students or internal team members (for Trainer role)
-Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

*Key Skills & Requirements*

-Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts
-Experience in lead generation and business growth strategies
-Campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus
