Role Overview
Diin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Trainee who is eager to build a strong foundation in paid advertising and performance-driven digital marketing. This role provides hands-on exposure to live campaigns, real budgets, and structured mentorship with a clear path to full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS

Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

Support landing page optimization to improve conversion rates

Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts

Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads (basic level)

Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Good communication and coordination skills
