About the Role

Wenex Media is looking for a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize paid campaigns to drive measurable growth. This is a remote opportunity for candidates who have strong command over performance marketing and paid advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS

  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis

  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages

  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports

  • Work closely with the creative/content team for ad assets

Eligibility Criteria

  • Good command over Performance Marketing concepts and strategies

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

  • Strong analytical mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Prior internship or hands-on experience in running ads is preferred
