*Role Overview*
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing team at Scale Sense. The role involves managing and executing social media strategies for multiple clients, creating engaging content plans, and driving brand growth, while working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced agency environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
● Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
● Create monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and brand guidelines
● Coordinate with designers, content writers, and performance teams for campaign execution
● Publish, monitor, and optimize posts, reels, and stories
● Manage client social media accounts and handle basic community management
● Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
● Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and creatives
● Maintain consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging
● Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
● Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms
● Take ownership of assigned clients and projects

Technical / Functional Skills
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
● Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
● Content planning and campaign execution skills
● Basic understanding of paid promotions (preferred)
● Analytics and reporting skills

● Meta Business Suite
● Instagram & Facebook Insights
● Canva / Adobe (Basic understanding preferred)
● Google Sheets / Excel for reporting
Proficiency Level: Intermediate to Advanced
*Experience & Qualification*
● Experience: 1–3 years in social media management (agency experience preferred)
● Industry Exposure: Digital marketing / advertising agency preferred
● Education: Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field (flexible for strong portfolios)
● Portfolio / Work Samples: Required
