About the Role

Adspire Ads is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Campaign Expert who understands how to turn strategy into scalable results. If you love testing creatives, optimizing funnels, and decoding ad performance like a puzzle — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning, launching, and scaling Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

  • Conducting A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and strategies

  • Managing ad budgets efficiently while achieving performance goals

  • Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and clients

  • Monitoring analytics dashboards and optimizing campaigns based on data

  • Staying updated with Meta algorithm changes and performance trends

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

  • Strong understanding of funnels, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

  • Experience handling e-commerce or lead generation campaigns

  • Comfort working with data, reports, and performance metrics

  • Basic understanding of copywriting and ad creatives (preferred)

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with GA4

  • Meta Pixel / Conversion API setup

  • CRM tools and marketing automation platforms

  • Advanced reporting dashboards
