Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to build and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about social media, content creation, and digital engagement, and want to start their career in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others

Manage daily posting and ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging

Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, and manage community interactions

Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth

Coordinate with the design and marketing team for creative content development

Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements

Any Graduate (Digital Marketing or related field preferred)

Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends

Good communication and creative thinking skills

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus
