Role Overview

Radian Marketing is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support digital campaigns, SEO optimization, paid advertising, and content creation. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to real marketing projects and client handling while building a strong foundation in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies using SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media optimization

  • Support in planning and managing digital campaigns to improve brand visibility and lead generation

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform On-page SEO activities including keyword optimization, meta tags, and content improvements

  • Support Off-page SEO activities such as backlink creation and website promotion

  • Monitor website rankings and SEO performance

Creative Design & Content Support

  • Design graphics, banners, and marketing creatives aligned with campaign goals

  • Assist in creating social media content and promotional visuals

Client Coordination

  • Support client communication and coordination for campaign requirements

  • Assist in preparing updates and reports for ongoing marketing activities

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any graduate with interest in Digital Marketing

  • Basic understanding of SEO, social media, and paid ads

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus

  • Good communication and coordination skills

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads

  • Creativity and design sense for marketing creatives

  • Good communication and client handling skills

  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
