Probation Period: 6 months (may be reduced based on performance)

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Video & Photo Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand presence. This role involves handling the complete content creation process—from shooting to editing videos and photos—for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal branding purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and edit high-quality videos and photos using professional equipment and software

  • Handle pre-production and post-production activities including lighting, camera setup, sound, and editing

  • Edit videos and images using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging and impactful visual campaigns

  • Create visual content for social media, digital marketing, and brand promotion

  • Organize, manage, and maintain digital media files and content libraries

  • Ensure content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate with a passion for photography and videography (Media, Design, or related background preferred)

  • Proficiency in camera handling, lighting techniques, and editing software

  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and branding skills

  • Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply

  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently

Compensation

  • Probation Period (6 months): ₹15,000 per month

  • Post-Probation Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (in-hand, based on performance)
