Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Media Buyer / Digital Marketing Associate who is passionate about building a career in the digital marketing and performance marketing domain. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of online advertising platforms and marketing metrics, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, setting up, and managing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on key metrics and KPIs.

• Track and analyze advertising performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.

• Support the team in creating and optimizing ad creatives and campaign strategies.

• Use AI tools to assist in marketing, content creation, and ad optimization.

• Prepare basic campaign performance reports and insights.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid advertising.

Basic Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

• Familiarity with advertising metrics/KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.

• Basic knowledge of AI tools used for marketing, content creation, or ad optimization.

• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions effectively.

• Genuine interest in digital marketing and performance marketing.
