1. WordPress Developer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a candidate who can build and optimize WordPress websites and landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage WordPress websites

  • Create high-converting landing pages

  • Customize themes using Elementor or similar builders

  • Integrate forms, APIs, and tracking tools

  • Ensure speed optimization and mobile responsiveness

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress (themes & plugins)

  • Familiarity with Elementor or similar tools

  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS

  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Shopify

  • Understanding of sales funnels & landing pages

  • Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel / Google Tag Manager

2. Graphic Designer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative individual who can design visually appealing and conversion-focused creatives for digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creatives for Facebook & Instagram Ads

  • Create social media posts, banners, and ad creatives

  • Work on landing page design elements

  • Collaborate with marketing team for campaigns

  • Maintain brand consistency

  • Deliver creatives within deadlines

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

  • Understanding of social media design trends

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn and adapt

Good to Have

  • Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro)

  • Knowledge of ad creatives and marketing psychology
