*Responsibilities*

• Create engaging posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube and appear on camera for Reels, Shorts, product demos & explainer videos.

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI design/video tools) to accelerate content creation and improve quality.

• Translate complex insurance concepts into simple, engaging content that educates and builds trust.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages & mentions across platforms to build community engagement.

• Research the InsurTech industry, analyze competitor content, and plan how to make our content stand out.

• Assist in developing creative concepts for BimaScore pre-launch and launch campaigns.

• Track metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and compile weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Create graphics and posters for campaigns using Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
