About the Role

#Key Responsibilities

Content Creation
* Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and behind-the-scenes content
* Plan and execute creative video shoots inside office and at project sites
* Capture drone operations, team culture, and project highlights
* Edit short-form videos (basic to intermediate editing skills required)

Content Writing (Plus Point)
* Write creative captions, posts, and scripts
* Assist in writing blogs, website content, and marketing material
* Create storytelling-based content to showcase company growth and projects

Team Engagement & Culture
* Keep the office environment energetic and fun.
* Encourage team participation in videos and content
* Plan small engagement activities or creative ideas to boost morale
* Bring new marketing ideas every week

Brand & Growth
* Suggest new social media trends to follow
* Help increase followers, engagement rate, and brand visibility
* Brainstorm campaign ideas with leadership
* Explore collaborations and promotional strategies

Who We Are Looking For
* Naturally jolly, confident, and extroverted personality
* Comfortable speaking in front of camera
* Creative thinker with fresh ideas
* Strong social media understanding
* Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
* Good writing skills (English & Hindi preferred)
* Self-driven and proactive

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
* Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop)
* Experience handling LinkedIn brand pages
* YouTube channel management experience
* Understanding of branding & storytelling
