Required Skill Set (Fresher)
– Basic understanding of Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads)
– Knowledge of E-Commerce campaigns on Instagram (practical/demo experience preferred)
– Basic knowledge of Google Ads and performance marketing concepts
– Familiarity with key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
– Google Ads certification (optional but a plus)
– Understanding of ad campaign setup, targeting, and optimization basics
– Willingness to learn and work on live campaigns
– Good analytical and communication skills

Required Skill Set (Experience)
– Minimum 06-2 years of experience in conversion ads campaign management on Facebook & Instagram
– Strong experience in E-Commerce sales campaigns on Instagram is MANDATORY
