About the Role

Webspirt Technology is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

This role offers hands-on experience across paid ads, SEO, content creation, and AI-driven marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns

  • Perform SEO activities (On-page & Off-page)

  • Create engaging ad creatives and social media content

  • Design and edit short video reels and promotional content

  • Work with AI-based video generation tools

  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports & insights

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads

  • Understanding of SEO concepts

  • Skills in Graphic Design (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

  • Ability to create Reels & video content

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content and video creation

  • Creative thinking with a marketing mindset

Basic Requirements

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, IT, or related field

  • Strong interest in Digital Marketing

  • Good communication skills

  • Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
