1. Data Scientist

Job Overview

Responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
  • Build and optimize machine learning models
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or similar languages
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms & statistical analysis
  • Experience with tools like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret structured data
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for business insights
  • Perform data cleaning and validation
  • Work with tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau
  • Support teams with data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • Basic to advanced knowledge of data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Good understanding of data visualization

3. Multi-Disciplinary Creative Professional

(Digital Marketing / UI-UX / Graphic Design / Animation / Fashion Design)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging digital and visual content
  • Design campaign creatives, UI/UX layouts, and brand assets
  • Work on social media, marketing campaigns, and branding
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams
  • Stay updated with latest design and content trends

Requirements

  • Skills in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.)
  • Understanding of branding, content, or UI/UX principles
  • Creative thinking and strong visual storytelling ability
