JOB DESCRIPTION
– Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, Youtube & LinkedIn accounts
– Handle multiple brand pages professionally
– Create monthly content plans and posting calendars
– Generate fresh ideas for reels, trends, and campaigns
– Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content
– Write engaging captions, hooks & CTAs
– Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement
– Track page performance and optimize strategy
– Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing team

Requirements
– 6-1 years experience in social media/content creation

– Plan, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
– Run Sales, Lead Generation & Engagement campaigns with strong ROI focus
– Create campaign strategies based on business goals
– Manage multiple brand ad accounts efficiently
– Monitor daily performance, budgets, CPC, CPL & ROAS
– Scale winning campaigns and optimize underperforming ads
– Coordinate with creative team for ad copies, creatives & funnels
– Analyze reports and provide growth recommendations
– Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies & algorithm changes

Requirements
– 6–1 years experience in Performance Marketing / Meta Ads
– Strong knowledge of Sales Campaigns & Engagement Campaigns
