𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

As a Meta Ads Associate, you’ll assist in launching and managing ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram. You’ll collaborate with senior media strategists and creatives to deliver impactful results for live client campaigns.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF structures)

• Execute audience segmentation using interest, custom, and lookalike audiences

• Monitor performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and suggest optimizations

• Collaborate with the creative team on ad copies, visuals, and UGC-based content

• Assist in daily budget tracking, testing, and campaign reporting

• Work on funnel building: WhatsApp flows, Instant forms, Landing pages

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Proficient with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and Canva

• Strong grasp of performance metrics, pixel/event tracking, and ad objectives

• Basic copywriting and creative sense (hooks, CTAs, angles)

• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn fast

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Saturday: Half Day

• Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
