The role involves industry networking, student training, and placement execution, ensuring high placement success rates.

*Key Responsibilities*
Employer & Industry Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners
Student Career Support & Training: Prepare students for interviews, resumes, and job readiness
Placement Process Management: Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and follow-ups
Internship & Live Project Coordination: Arrange internships and practical exposure opportunities
Alumni & Corporate Relations: Maintain strong alumni and corporate networks
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track placement data and maintain reports

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of digital marketing and skill-based industries (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and database management
