Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital technologies and be well-versed in the latest trends and best practices in online marketing. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
o Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
o Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

2. Content Strategy and Development:
o Develop and manage content creation, including blog posts, videos, graphics, and other collateral.
o Coordinate with external agencies, content creators, and freelancers for content creation.
o Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines.
3. Social Media Management:
o Manage social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance audience engagement.
o Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and maintain a social media calendar.
o Monitor and respond to social media comments and inquiries in a timely and engaging manner.
4. Website Management:
o Optimize website content, landing pages, and user funnels for maximum effectiveness.
o Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve website performance and user experience.
o Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
o Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to track and evaluate website traffic, performance, and digital marketing campaigns.
o Generate reports on marketing campaign performance, demonstrating progress against goals.
6. Email Marketing:
o Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization.
o Analyses email campaign results and optimize based on performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
 Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
 Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
 Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
 Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that
engage, inform, and motivate.
