PrepGuruu, India’s only exclusive CUET Prep Institute is Looking for a Social Media Manager at its Lucknow Head Office with 0-3 years of proven expertise, specifically in the field of education marketing in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement within the education sector.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in alignment with organizational goals.
* Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) ensuring consistent and relevant content.
* Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to appeal to the target audience.
* Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
* Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout).
* Measure the success of every social media campaign and analyze key metrics to optimize future content and strategy.
* Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

* 0- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in education marketing in India.
* Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
* Solid understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
