PrepGuruu, India’s only exclusive CUET Prep Institute is Looking for a skilled YouTube Expert with a strong background in education marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and managing YouTube channels specifically aimed at educational content and audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, content strategies, and analytics to drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute YouTube channel strategies tailored to the education sector, focusing on increasing subscribers, engagement, and visibility.
* Create high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with educational themes and meets audience needs.
* Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach and SEO.
* Monitor and analyze channel performance and audience engagement using YouTube analytics and other relevant tools.
* Stay updated on YouTube trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continuously improve channel performance.
* Implement and experiment with different formats (e.g., tutorials, webinars, interviews) to enhance viewer retention and interaction.
* Manage the YouTube community by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and maintaining a positive brand image.
* Explore and implement monetization strategies, such as YouTube ads, sponsorships, and affiliate marketing, where applicable.
* Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements:

0-3 years of experience managing YouTube channels, preferably in the education sector.
Proven track record of creating successful YouTube content that drives engagement and subscriber growth.
Expertise in YouTube SEO, analytics, and best practices.
Strong video editing skills and proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for education and digital marketing.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with educational content creation, instructional design, or teaching is a plus.
