We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating engaging and high performing websites

Responsibilities:
1. The creation of graphic assets for digital and print materials, including but not limited to: social media
posts, website graphics, infographics, presentations, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
2. Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts that align
with project objectives.
3. Support the production process by preparing files for print and digital distribution, ensuring they meet
quality standards and specifications.
4. Maintain organized file management systems and adhere to naming conventions for easy access and retrieval of design assets.
5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency
across all design materials.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, sharing insights and
recommendations with the team.
7. Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and
willingness to learn new skills.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a course in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and quality in design execution.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for visual storytelling and brand communication.
• Prior experience or portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creative projects is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:
This is a internship position with full time hours per week. Compensation may be provided in the form of
a stipend, academic credit, depending on company policy.
