Job Description:
As a Web Designer at Red dot global international pvt ltd., you will play a critical role in designing and developing websites that align with our clients’ branding and marketing strategies. You will collaborate with our marketing, content, and development teams to create user-friendly and visually stunning web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design and develop client websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
 Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and team members.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure web designs align with clients’ branding and marketing objectives.
 Work with developers to implement and launch websites, ensuring designs are faithfully executed.
 Optimize websites for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a responsive design.
 Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web design and user experience.
 Ensure websites are optimized for search engines (SEO) and meet accessibility standards.
 Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve website performance and user experience.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience as a Web Designer, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.Solid understanding of wordpress, HTML,java script
 Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
 Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
 Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
 Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
 Basic knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS.
 Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.
