Job Description:
As an SEO Specialist at Marketing RedDot Global International Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our clients’ organic search rankings. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and web development teams to optimize website content, perform keyword research, and monitor performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
 Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimization.
 Optimize website content, including metadata, headers, and images, to align with SEO best practices.
 Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend solutions to improve site performance.
 Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, generating reports and providing insights for continuous improvement.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
 Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all marketing materials.
 Work with web developers to ensure SEO requirements are met during website development and updates.
 Manage link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to increase domain authority.

Qualifications:
 Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
 In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
 Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
 Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
 Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
 Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.
 Knowledge of technical SEO elements such as XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and site speed optimization.
 Understanding of social media and its impact on SEO.
 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
