Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GMB SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Google My Business (GMB) optimization and have a proven track record of improving local search visibility for businesses. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing GMB profiles for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum online visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
GMB Profile Management:
Create, claim, and verify Google My Business profiles for clients.
Optimize GMB listings, including business information, descriptions, categories, photos, and videos.
Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across all online platforms.
Local SEO Optimization:
Implement strategies to improve local search rankings and drive traffic to client locations.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms.
Optimize on-page and off-page elements for local SEO, including meta tags, headings, and content.
Review and Reputation Management:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews on GMB profiles.
Implement strategies to encourage positive reviews and manage negative feedback.
Track and report on review performance and trends.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor GMB performance metrics and generate regular reports for clients.
Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements.
Stay updated with the latest GMB features, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and tailor GMB strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate GMB strategies into broader SEO campaigns.
Provide training and support to clients on GMB best practices.

Qualifications:
Experience in GMB optimization and local SEO.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with other digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, WhatsApp Marketing) is a plus.

Education and Experience:
Intermediate pass or graduate in any stream.
0-1 years of experience in GMB optimization and local SEO.
Interns and Freshers are also welcome. ( Stipend depends on the caliber of the candidate_
