Position Overview: This internship is designed to provide extensive training in AD-Operations, Business Development (BD), Analytics, and Sales. Over a period of 3-6 months (depending on the candidate’s potential), interns will gain hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge in key areas. The performance during this internship will determine the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
● Rotate through our core departments: AD-Operations, Business  Development, Analytics, and Sales to understand their interconnections and individual impacts on the business.
● Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns under the guidance of the AD-Operations team.
● Support the Business Development team in market analysis, lead generation, and partnership management.
● Work with the Analytics team to collect, analyze, and report on campaign and market data.
● Assist the Sales team in crafting proposals, managing client communications, and closing deals.
● Participate in strategic meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional skills and industry knowledge.
● Complete a capstone project that involves all learned skills and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:
● Current enrollment or recent graduation from a degree program in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

● Strong interest in digital marketing and a career in mobile advertising.
● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with an eagerness to learn new software and tools.
● Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
● Proactive, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
