We specialize in driving performance and innovation in mobile advertising and are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of our clients. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients’ marketing goals and brand voice.
● Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.
● Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
● Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.
● Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
● Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blogs).
● Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
● Compile reports showing results (ROI) and present these regularly to clients and senior management.
● Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

● Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
● Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
● Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
● Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
● Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
● Fluency in English.
