Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees in Affiliate Marketing and Client Servicing. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the affiliate marketing team to strategize, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Identify potential affiliate partners, negotiate agreements, and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to improve affiliate marketing strategies.
• Assist in the development of creative assets and promotional materials for affiliates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesin affiliate marketing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of our services.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
