Work Profile

As a Google Ads/Google Shopping Performance Marketing Assisting Intern, you will
assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns designed to drive traffic, boost
sales, and enhance online visibility. Working under the guidance of senior performance
marketers, you will support the creation and management of Google Ads and Shopping
campaigns. You will help analyze performance data, conduct keyword research, and
assist in A/B testing to optimize campaigns. This internship offers the opportunity to
collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn the fundamentals of digital
advertising, all while contributing to the overall growth of the company in the digital
marketplace

Key Responsibility Areas

• Campaign Strategy Support
Assist in the development and management of Google Ads and Google Shopping
campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and sales, and maximizing ROI.
• Performance Monitoring
Help monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google
Analytics and Google Ads reporting. Support in generating insights based on data
analysis.
• Keyword Research Assistance
Assist in conducting thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for
growth and help optimize existing campaigns for better performance and cost effectiveness.

• A/B Testing Support
Help in designing and executing A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding
strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Landing Page Optimization
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure that landing pages are
optimized for conversions, helping to create a seamless user experience.
• Asset Creation Assistance
Work with creative teams to assist in the development of assets (images, videos,
ad copy) that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign objectives.
• Budget Management Learning
Learn how to effectively manage advertising budgets, ensuring proper allocation
across campaigns and platforms to achieve optimal performance.
• Collaboration
Support collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, content,
and eCommerce, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and brand messaging.
• Staying Updated
Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in digital marketing, Google Ads,
and eCommerce to implement best practices under supervision.
