Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

• Product Management:
  • Manage the online catalog, including product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing updates across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for all products listed online.
• Order Processing:
  • Monitor and manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
• Platform Management:
  • Optimize product listings using SEO techniques to enhance visibility and ranking.
  • Manage campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies across platforms.
  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
  • Identify trends and insights to improve sales strategies and platform performance.
• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Ensure accurate inventory updates across platforms.
• Vendor & Partner Liaison:
  • Communicate with platform account managers to resolve issues and maximize sales opportunities.
