Role Summary

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences. Your role will involve creating engaging content, fostering community interactions, running paid campaigns, and leveraging analytics to drive brand awareness and lead generation across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored social media strategies for both B2B and B2C segments, focusing on brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content that appeals to diverse audiences, including informative articles, eye-catching graphics, engaging videos, and compelling social media posts.
  • Community Management: Actively engage with followers on various platforms, responding to comments and inquiries to build a loyal online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Implement tactics for capturing leads through social media channels, including targeted ads, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
