Responsibilities:

○ Conduct A/B testing, refine targeting, and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
2. Performance Analysis & Reporting
○ Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
○ Prepare reports on key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
○ Use data to refine strategies and suggest improvements.
3. Client Collaboration
○ Attend client meetings to review campaign results and discuss optimization
opportunities.
○ Understand client business objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
○ Communicate campaign outcomes and growth opportunities transparently.
4. Strategic Inputs
○ Pitch performance-driven campaigns aligned with client goals and industry trends.
○ Work with creative teams to ensure ad content meets campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences.
5. Industry Trends & Innovation
○ Stay updated on digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
○ Apply new strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and maintain
competitiveness.
Qualifications:
● 2-3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook,
and Instagram.
● Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
● Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
● Strong data analysis skills to improve campaign performance.
● Excellent communication skills, with experience in reporting and client interactions.
● Results-driven and comfortable working across teams to achieve campaign goals.
