Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to promote our products and services on social media and other online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, LinkedIn and other online platforms.

2. Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

3. Write blogs and Manage our social media pages.

4. Optimize our website and online content for search engines, and manage paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Meta ads

5. Monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

6. Work closely with our design, content, and sales teams to ensure aligned messaging and effective campaign execution.

7. Write press releases and reach out to journalists and bloggers in retail/eCommerce space.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

3. Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.

4. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

5. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads.

6. Experience with content management software, social media platforms, MS Office, and SEO keywords.

7. Creativity and adaptability.

8. Strong understanding of our target audience and industry trends.

9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
