About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you’ll craft creative social media strategies, execute them effectively, and drive engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand goals.
Handle daily social media tasks, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create and curate compelling content to grow and engage audiences.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns.
Monitor social media performance metrics to refine and optimize strategies.
Stay updated on current trends to keep our social media presence fresh and engaging.
Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management.
Reside in or near Noida for easy commuting.
Strong knowledge of platform-specific strategies, trends, and analytics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work full-time from our Noida office.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
