Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our as well as client digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
2. Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and others.
3. Conduct keyword research, manage SEO/SEM campaigns, and monitor analytics for improvements.
4. Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
5. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
6. Manage website updates and improvements to ensure optimal performance.
7. Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to create compelling marketing materials.
8. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
3. Experience with social media platforms and management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
4. Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
5. Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
8. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.
