Roles and Responsibilities:
* Content Development: Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs,
newsletters, and the company website to boost brand visibility.
* Social Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns on platforms like
Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.
* SEO and Traffic Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content and social media
posts to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
* Branding Strategies: Develop and implement strategies that align with Tradeshala’s goals and resonate with the target audience.
* Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign
performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights for improvement.
* Email Marketing: Create and execute newsletters, promotional offers, and automated email campaigns.
* Graphic Content Creation: Design visually appealing graphics, videos, posters, and other materials for digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
* Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on digital marketing activities, metrics, and recommendations for future strategies.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
* Good understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
* Strong creativity and ability to generate innovative content and marketing ideas.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and basic graphic design applications.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
