Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, stories) and track performance.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster community engagement.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing

  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic rankings on Google and Bing.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement best practices for content marketing.
  • Collaborate with content creators to publish blogs, articles, and landing pages.

4. Paid Advertising (PPC & Display Ads)

  • Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Optimize ad performance by analyzing CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages.

5. Email & Lead Generation Marketing

  • Create email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Segment audiences and automate email sequences to nurture leads.
  • Track email open rates, CTRs, and conversions.

6. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to measure campaign success.
  • Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify KPIs and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven decisions.

7. Collaboration & Team Coordination

  • Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and developers to execute campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
