Job Description: We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing campaigns and optimizing them to achieve specific performance objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive conversions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, WhatsApp & and SMS marketing for multiple clients simultaneously. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for paid search campaigns.
  • Ad Copy and Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
  • Budget Planning and Strategy: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for improved performance. Performance Marketing Executive
