• Executive: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance and optimize conversion rates.
• Research audience behavior, keywords, and competitor strategies to improve targeting.
• Collaborate with the content and design team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Track budgets, manage ad spend efficiently, and ensure maximum ROI.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of performance marketing with a keen interest in learning.
• Skilled running paid campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
