About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated Performance Marketing Interns who are eager to kickstart their careers in media buying, digital advertising, and conversion optimization. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and data-driven marketing strategies.

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will work directly with our team to create, optimize, and scale ad campaigns for various clients. You will gain hands-on experience in paid advertising, conversion tracking, and sales funnel optimization, ensuring real-world learning and career growth in media buying and digital advertising.

What You’ll Learn & Work On:

Media Buying & Paid Ads – Running, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Google ad campaigns.

 Ad Creative Strategy – Understanding what makes an ad perform well, from visuals to messaging.

 Funnel Optimization – Learning how to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL).

 Copywriting for Ads – Writing high-converting ad copies, headlines, and CTAs.

 Audience Targeting – Identifying and testing different audience segments for better ad performance.

 Budget Management – Allocating ad spend efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Performance Analysis & Reporting – Understanding analytics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven decisions.

 A/B Testing – Experimenting with ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve results.
