Community Management: Monitor and engage with our online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly, and foster positive interactions.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and analysis to meet specific goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts, using insights to refine strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to recommend adjustments to our strategy.
Brand Voice and Consistency: Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all content aligns with our brand identity and values.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with an eye for design and visual content.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
