🔹 About the Role: We’re looking for a Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive organic social media growth and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads. If you have a passion for digital marketing, creativity, and analytics, we want you on our team!

🚀 Social Media Management (Organic)

🔹 Develop and execute social media strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

🔹 Create high-engagement reels & content.

🔹 Stay updated with trends & hashtags. 🎯 Google Ads & Meta Ads (Paid)

🔹 Plan & optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).

🔹 Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads for lead generation & sales.

🔹 A/B testing, analytics tracking, and remarketing strategies. 📊 Analytics & Reporting

🔹 Track performance metrics & generate reports.

🔹 Analyze trends & competitor performance.
