*Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
-Provide information regarding car sales, pricing, and services.
-Follow-up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
-Maintain records of customer interactions and sales.
-Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

Requirements:

-Excellent verbal communication skills.

Front Desk Manager
Responsibilities:

-Greet customers and manage the front desk operations.
-Assist customers with inquiries about available cars, deals, and services.
-Coordinate vehicle test drives and appointments.
-Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness and professional appearance.
-Manage administrative tasks and support management as needed.

Social Media Handlers

Responsibilities:
-Manage and update the showroom’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
-Create engaging content to promote the showroom’s cars and services.
-Respond to customer queries and comments on social media platforms.
-Increase brand visibility and engagement on social media.
-Develop and implement strategies to boost online presence and sales.
