Job Title: Performance Marketing & Customer Retention Interns
Location: Okhla Phase 2, Delhi (Nearest Metro: Govindpuri, Kalkaji)
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office: Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Increases based on experience, skills, and interview rounds)
PPO: 40-60% hike based on performance

1. Account Performance Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities:
-Execute and strategize performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google to drive revenue growth.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business goals to develop customized marketing strategies.
-Scale and optimize campaigns for maximum reach, ROI, and impact.
-Monitor performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, and tech) to implement integrated campaigns.
-Provide clients with regular updates and detailed performance reports.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
-Internship experience in Performance Marketing or digital marketing.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
2.Customer Retention Intern (Email & WhatsApp Marketing)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Retention Intern with a focus on Email & WhatsApp marketing to help improve customer loyalty and drive repeat purchases through strategic campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and implement customer retention campaigns using Email & WhatsApp to enhance brand loyalty and increase conversions.
-Develop automated and personalized email and WhatsApp flows (e.g., welcome emails, cart abandonment reminders, post-purchase engagement).
-Segment customer data to tailor messaging based on purchase history and behavior.
-Write compelling copy for email and WhatsApp campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
-Monitor retention metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and churn, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
-Use marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, MoEngage, Gupshup, Twilio, etc.) to manage customer journeys.
-Continuously test and optimize subject lines, content, sending times, and messaging formats.
-Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (GDPR, TCPA, DND).
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, MoEngage, Gupshup, Twilio, Mailchimp).
-Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies.
-Solid copywriting skills with a focus on engagement and conversions.
-Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
-Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and experience managing large-scale WhatsApp campaigns is a plus.
