About the Client: Our client is India’s fastest-growing Indoor Amusement Center chain, operating 18 locations across 13 cities. As we expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and analytical Technical Lead & Data Analyst to oversee our technology infrastructure, data analytics, and business intelligence strategies.

Job Overview: The Technical Lead & Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing IT systems, analyzing data for business insights, and implementing technology-driven solutions to optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data analysis, reporting, database management, and process automation while ensuring seamless operation of the company’s technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence:

Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and operational metrics to provide data-driven insights.
Design and generate real-time reports, dashboards, and KPIs for decision-making.
Leverage predictive analytics to optimize revenue, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.
Technology & System Management:

Lead the implementation, integration, and maintenance of IT systems, POS software, and business applications.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, automation tools, and digital transformation strategies.
Database Management & Reporting:

Develop and maintain databases, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
Optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval for faster and more efficient reporting.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent data flow across the organization.
Process Automation & Efficiency Improvement:

Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement AI, machine learning, and automation tools where applicable.
Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to develop data-driven solutions.
IT Infrastructure & Security:

Oversee network security, cloud services, and IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in data analysis, IT management, or business intelligence.
-Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
-Hands-on experience with cloud computing, databases, and IT infrastructure management.
-Strong understanding of data analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
-Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
-Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements.
