Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced or Fresher Digital Marketer to join our real estate team, LOCATION – Spaze i tech park Sector 49 Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a background in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, post design, video editing, and social media handling. The goal is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for our real estate business.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Create and manage high-performing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to drive leads and sales.
3. Design engaging social media posts, including graphics, videos, and captions.
4. Edit videos for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
5. Manage and schedule social media content using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
6. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and ad performance.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize lead generation.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Proven track record of success in Facebook Ads and Google Ads management.
3. Have design skills, with experience in graphic design and video editing tools.
4. Excellent social media knowledge, including platform-specific best practices and content creation.
5. Analytical skills, with experience in tracking and analyzing social media metrics.
