Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute all digital marketing activities for Cafe Ubaal. This includes digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, SEO, SEM, video content creation, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, creative strategies, and measurable results. You will be responsible for ensuring our online presence is optimized to attract new customers and increase our brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
-Design, build, and maintain Cafe Ubaal’s social media presence.
-Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
-Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
-Brainstorm and develop new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
-Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
-Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
-Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, and optimize user funnels.
-Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
-Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies that can benefit our marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
-Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in the food industry or related fields.
-Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
-Strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).
-Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
-Ability to create and maintain positive client relationships.
-Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
-Proficient in marketing research, statistical analysis, and digital tools.
-Basic understanding of the food industry is essential.
Compensation & Benefits:
