Internship Details
Job Title: Content and Operations Associate
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
Work Location: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation:
● First 3 Months: ₹8,000 stipend
● After 3 months, a full-time job offer may be extended with a salary increment based
on performance.
Leave Policy:
● 4 days of leave per full calendar month

Key Responsibilities
As a Content and Operations Associate (Intern), you will play a vital role in executing content
and operational strategies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
● Assisting in content creation, including research, drafting, and ideation.
● Coordinating and managing operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
● Supporting social media management by scheduling posts and monitoring
engagement.
● Contributing to content strategy and suggesting operational improvements.
● Designing graphics and visual content as needed.
● Managing emails and direct messages efficiently.
● Assisting in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.
Who Should Apply?

● Are pursuing or have completed their undergraduate studies.
● Have basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Excel, or similar software.
● Possess a good understanding of English (both written and verbal).
● Are comfortable working with computers.
