Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Onboarding Executive to join our team at Whinta. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients by helping them set up and effectively use our WhatsApp marketing platform. This role offers an excellent opportunity for digital marketing enthusiasts to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge marketing automation tools and enhance their client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
● Guide new clients through the onboarding process and help them set up their accounts.
● Educate clients about Whinta’s features, benefits, and best practices.
● Provide support via calls, emails, and chat to resolve onboarding-related queries.
● Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
● Maintain records of onboarding progress and client feedback to improve processes.
● Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand client needs and provide insights for better engagement strategies.
● Learn and apply WhatsApp marketing automation techniques, gaining real-world experience in digital marketing tools and customer engagement.

Requirements:
● Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
● Customer service or sales support experience preferred.
● Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business API is a plus.
● Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
● Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
● Interest in digital marketing trends, automation, and client relationship management.
● Fresh graduates or students pursuing digital marketing courses are welcome to apply!
