📌 Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior MIS / Senior Data Analyst to develop and optimize FMS (File Management System) 📂, workflows 🔄, checklists ✅, and internal systems ⚙ to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have advanced expertise in VBA 📊, Macros 🏗, and Google AppScript 💻 to automate and streamline business processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities : 
📑 Develop and manage MIS reports for business operations.
🔄 Design and implement workflows to enhance process automation.
📊 Create dynamic dashboards, ✅ checklists, and data monitoring systems.
🤖 Automate repetitive tasks using VBA, Macros, and Google AppScript.
🔍 Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security within company systems.
🤝 Collaborate with teams to optimize reporting and decision-making.
🧹 Perform data validation, cleaning, and transformation for insights.
🚀 Improve operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.

⚡ Requirements

🎓 3+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, and automation.( Fresher can also apply )
💻 Expertise in VBA, Macros (Excel/Google Sheets), and Google AppScript.
📊 Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, Power Query, and Pivot Tables.
📂 Experience in FMS, workflow automation, and process optimization.
🛠 Ability to develop custom scripts and automated reporting tools.
🧠 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
🎯 Experience in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred).
🗣 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
